NOTES TO SPECIFICATIONS and EQUIPMENT

(B) Weight, draft, freeboard and height are based on an estimate of this model's displacement with standard engines, average optional equipment and fuel and fresh
water tanks filled. Actual figures may vary depending upon conditions. Capacities of tanks are estimated to be total capacity of all tanks normally furnished in this.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Rivolta Yachts, , Sarasota, Florida 34237 warrants hulls,
decks and parts manufactured by Rivolta to be free from all defects in material and workmanship, including gel coat blistering on underwater surfaces, under normal use and circumstances and with normal care and maintenance, for a period of five (5) years. The warranty is for the original retail buyer. This warranty does not apply to fading, glossiness, superficial crazing or discoloration of paints, varnishes or chrome plating, anodized finishes or cosmetic gel coat. The warranty does not apply to any installed equipment and accessories not manufactured by Rivolta Yachts, including, but not limited to, engines, pumps, batteries, refrigerators and plumbing equipment. Where possible, all warranties furnished by these component part manufacturers will be passed on to the consumer. There will be no warranties whatsoever where the boat has been altered or repaired by persons unauthorized by Rivolta Yachts. No hardware installation changes are authorized unless first approved in writing by Rivolta Yachts. All warranty claim notifications must be made in writing through Rivolta Yachts within thirty (30) days after discovery of the defect. An inspection and/or written quote may be necessary by an authorized Rivolta representative after receipt of the claim notification. If it is proven to the satisfaction of Rivolta Yachts LLC that any part warranted hereunder was defective at the time of delivery to the first retail customer, Rivolta Yachts, or its authorized representative, shall have the option of either repairing or replacing, at no charge, the defective part, or require that the part be returned to Rivolta Yachts.
LIMITATIONS ON THE LENGTH OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
The implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for particular purpose are limited in duration to the period of sixty (60) months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, provided this limitation shall not apply in states which do not permit time limitations on implied warranties.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Rivolta Yachts does not, under any circumstances, assume responsibility for the loss of time, inconvenience or other consequential damages including, but not limited to, expenses for transportation and travel, telephone, lodging, loss or damage to personal property or loss of revenue. Leaks at stanchion bases or pulpit bases resulting from day to day operation of the boat are normal and considered part of consumer maintenance. Rivolta Yachts reserves the right to make changes in the design and material of its boats and component parts without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes in units already completed or in the hands of dealers or retail purchasers. The entire obligation of Rivolta Yachts regarding the sale of boats is stated within this written warranty. Rivolta Yachts does not authorize any other person or business to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its boats. The warranty provided herein is in lieu of any and all other non-contractual warranties, express or implied, including product liability based upon negligence or strict liability. Any warranty claims must have written prior approval before any repairs are performed. The Federal Boat Safety Act requires boat manufacturers to obtain certain data from the purchasers of its products. We cannot fulfill this requirement without your cooperation.
